Gusto, kremasto i toplo piće koje se pravi za manje od 10minuta
Recept za 2 šolje:
1,5 šolja punomasnog mleka (oko 350ml)
1 kašika kukuruznog skroba
malo soli
1 kašika kakaa
4 kašičice ekstrakta vanile
40gr crne čokolade
40gr mlečne čokolade
2,5 kašike šećera
125gr slatke pavlake
1 kašičica šećera u prahu
nastrugana čokolada

It’s thick, smooth and creamy hot drink that takes only less than 10 minutes to make but is extremely decadent, luxuriously rich chocolate drink with pudding like consistency. RECIPE (2 servings) 𝑰𝒏𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔 * 1 1/2 cup whole milk (350 ml), Divided * 1 tbsp (8 g) Corn starch/corn flour * 1 tbsp (6 g) Unsweetened Cocoa powder * A pinch of salt * 1/4 tsp vanilla extract * 80 g dark chocolate + milk chocolate (40g dark chocolate (54%) + 40g milk chocolate), Approximately 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of total chocolate) * 2 tbsp - 2 1/2 tbsp Sugar (25g - 31g) * 125 ml (1/2 cup) Whipping cream, cold * 1 tbsp icing sugar * Chocolate shavings 𝑫𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 1. In a chilled bowl, whip cold whipping cream + icing sugar together until stiff peaks form. Cover and keep in the fridge. 2. Chop both of the chocolates into small pieces. Set aside. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp corn starch and 1/4 cup of milk, set aside. 4. In a small saucepan, add 1 1/4 cup milk + sifted cocoa powder + sugar and whisk together. (I added 2 tbsp sugar here, you can add more if you want the chocolate sweeter). 5. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, whisking often to avoid lumps. Bring the mixture to a simmer, reduce the heat and add the corn flour mixture, whisk continuously until well combined and drink has thickened(for about 2-3 minutes). 6. Add a pinch of salt + vanilla extract (optional) 7. Turn off the heat and stir in the chopped chocolate,whisk it until the chocolate is completely dissolved and you get a smooth, silky and thick hot chocolate. 8. Priprema
U ohlađenoj posudi umutite slatku pavlaku, dok se ne napravi šlag. Pokrijte i stavite u frižider. Isecite obe čokolade na male komadiće. U maloj činiji pomešajte 1 kašiku kukuruznog skroba, i 1/4 šolje mleka, prosejani kakao prah i šećer i umutite. Zagrejte smešu na srednjoj temperaturi, mešajući često da se ne naprave grudvice. Stavite mešavinu da provri, smanjite vatru i dodajte prstohvat soli, ekstarkt vanile, a zatim ugasite ringlu i umešajte seckanu čokoladu, dok se ona potpuno ne istopi i ne dobijete glatku i gustu toplu čokoladu. Sipajte u šolju, dodajte šlag i ukrasite narendanom čokoladom.
